If God is for us, who can ever be against us? (Rom. 8:31 NLT)
Bishops of the Independent Sacramental Movement had an immediate need to provide training for their respective candidates for Holy Orders.
The late Monsignor Anthony Guagliardo (previously a Roman Catholic priest) had been approached to consider formulating modules as part of a programme for ordinands. A former Seminary lecturer with a background in education, Monsignor Guagliardo proposed to the Bishops to form a Seminary.
With the unanimous agreement of the Bishops of the Liberal Catholic Apostolic Church (now the Old Catholic Apostolic Church); the Reformed Old Catholic Church (formalised in 2014) and the Church of Antioch, Sacred Heart of Jesus Seminary was founded in 2009.
